It’s always a joy to link up with a new client and we were delighted recently to get the go-ahead from the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) to design a core corporate publication to share the principles underpinning their work with their audiences.

The PSA oversees the work of 10 UK health and social care regulators and Accredited Registers of healthcare practitioners. They describe their approach as ‘right-touch regulation’. Their work contributes to improving regulation and helping to protect the public.

We were asked by the PSA to produce accessible print and digital documentation – with a version in Welsh as well as English.

The publication needed to embrace their recently refreshed brand and be impactful and engaging. As such, we used the appropriate brand elements to create a stylish, professional and modern looking document. We used icons, infographics, photography, call outs and diagrams to bring the document to life and make it engaging for readers, with a clear hierarchy and colour coding between sections and heading levels to help readers navigate through the document.

This is another great example of how we can work with a national public sector organisation as their design partner, fitting in with their brand guidelines, needs and timescales to produce the right work at the right time.

We are really pleased with the completed work, and this is a feeling shared by the PSA.
