Sharing business insights as part of our social value offer

It’s always nice to give something back – even if you haven’t taken it in the first place! 

By giving back we mean, of course, supporting those who have supported us, using our own specific creative skills and business expertise for the benefit of others.

We have previously talked about our social value pledge and our offer to support a long-standing client, Essex County Council, by helping mentor start-up businesses in the county.

We are pleased to now be able to tell you that we have been working with the fabulous Janine at JTL Events, an end-to-end event management business, which is able to guide clients from the first spark of an event idea through to the final applause.

Touch Design Managing Director, Kirstie, has been working with Janine, exploring her new business venture, clarifying its vision, developing its initial strategic direction and identifying practical steps for set-up and growth. 

Kirstie facilitated a structured diagnostic to help Janine shape her business concept, define its identity and plan the next six months of mentoring collaboration. Touch has worked on JTL’s business strategy, positioning and brand assets. 

We’ve really enjoyed our meetings with Janine and are looking to extend this offer to other start-up businesses in the future.
